Empowering Children

At International Applied Behavior Network, we are dedicated to empowering children through ethical, evidence-based ABA services. Our mission is to help children reach their fullest potential by providing individualized care and fostering collaborative partnerships with families. We strive to create a warm, culturally aware environment where every child feels understood, supported, and capable of growth and development.

Why Tokyo?

Tokyo is an incredible and vibrant city, yet families seeking English-speaking ABA services often struggle to find consistent, high-quality support. Many parents face long waitlists, limited options, or services that do not fully meet their child’s needs.

By bringing ABA services to Tokyo, our goal is to offer a reliable, family-centered option that blends U.S.-based standards with a deep respect for the Japanese community. We hope to create a place where families feel supported, understood, and empowered.

About me

My passion for ABA grew from hands-on experience and the guidance of a mentor who owns multiple ABA clinics in the United States. Through that mentorship, I learned what truly makes a difference in a child’s progress. It is not just the science of ABA, but the heart behind it. Seeing children learn new skills, watching families gain confidence, and being part of meaningful growth inspired me to build something of my own.

Tokyo has always held a special meaning for me. I spent time here studying abroad, and the city shaped the way I see the world. The culture, the people, and the energy of Tokyo stayed with me long after I returned home. I knew that one day I wanted to come back not just to visit, but to contribute something valuable to this community. Bringing high-quality, compassionate ABA services to Tokyo feels like the right way to do that.

My mission is to create a space where children are supported with patience, understanding, and individualized care. I want families to feel truly heard, and I want every child to feel proud of their progress. At the same time, I am committed to building an amazing workplace for my team. I believe that when employees feel supported, respected, and valued, it reflects directly in the care they provide. My goal is to develop a culture built on kindness, collaboration, and a genuine love for helping children grow.

This combination of personal connection, professional experience, and a commitment to both families and staff is at the heart of what I hope to bring to Tokyo. I am excited to create a place where children can thrive, parents feel empowered, and employees can build meaningful and fulfilling careers.
